Upcoming System Outage to PPA Computer Systems - Friday November 13th 7pm to Saturday November 14th 7pm

Due to a scheduled BC Hydro full building power outage (the 2nd of 2), the following systems will be affected on the days/times listed below:

Friday November 13th 7pm to Saturday November 14th 7pm

Scheduled Reports and datafeeds will be unavailable for the duration of the power outage

You may call PPA Dispatch as normal during this time - note that Dispatch will be relocating to another location and will only have one incoming and one

outgoing phone available, so please be patient when calling.  Use of the Agent Portal should be maximized.

Public traffic pages, Net Pilot and Agent Portal will be unavailable during the switchover period only (approx 30 mins)

Saturday November 14th 6.00pm to 7.00pm

Public traffic pages, Net Pilot and Agent Portal will be unavailable during the switchover back to the in-house server
